The wapiti lake pack moves to and from a fresh kill on the bank of the Yellowstone river. One wolf carried the animals heart in it jaws, while a few of the others paused to drink from the river's edge. Six different wolves from the pack are seen, offering a rare and intimate look at the raw rhythm of Yellowstone's apex predators.
